  3. Exfoliating. You cannot have glowing skin if you have dull skin sitting on top of it. Charity recommends exfoliating three times a week using a sugar base body polish like Dove Brown Sugar and Shea Butter and exfoliating gloves. Tree Hut sugar scrubs are also a good choice.
  4. Body Glow. Now that you've refreshed your skin Charity recommends using a lightweight lotion, she likes Nivea Essentially Enriched 48hr with DEEP NOURISHING SERUM & Almond Oil. For added glow mix with Palmer's Coconut Body Oil.
  5. Toner. Can't have a glowing body with a dull face. Use lemon juice or lemon juice products to even tone facial skin. Charity like Clean & Clear's Lemon Exfoliating Slices. These babies work wonders in removing assess makeup after you've washed your face.
  6. Nature's Face Candy. Use aloe vera gel mixed with a face cream, Charity recommends Pond's or Dove beauty creme. This combo will even out your skin tone and heal cuts, burns, and scrapes.
  7. Old Scars. Use pure Vitamin E oil three times a day.
  8. Hyperpigmentation. Have hyperpigmented areas on your body from shaving or chafing? Try microneedling. Charity recommends using a microneedle roller 1 1/2" to 2" once a month. Microneedle rollers can be purchased on Amazon for under $15. Use in combination with Hyaluronic acid. Rub Hyaluronic Acid on the area then glide the roller across the area 6-10 times vertically and horizontally.
  9. Mask Monday. Be sure to treat your face to a cleansing mask and a hydrating mask least twice a week.
  10. Use Sunscreen. Use sunscreen every day to prevent sun damage to your skin. Not only will this prevent immediate redness and peeling from sunburns, but it’ll also prevent the formation of age spots.
